A step up from this phone can go one of three ways; you could choose the 5 programmable button, wireless SPA525G2 with the high resolution colour display, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatibility, or upgrading network speed to Gigabit with the SPA514G, or it can move in the direction of its cousins the SPA508G or the SPA509G which have more programmable buttons for the user who wants more options without buying a sidecar. The Cisco SPA504G is a step up from the SPA303G because of the extra programmable button, compatibility with PoE and the SPA500S and SPA500DS, and a backlit display.
