2017.01.23 Carrier Outage - RESTORED
The issue was corrected by the upstream carrier but we are still awaiting a detailed explanation.
Carrier failover strategies ensured that outbound calls were not affected, and most inbound DID's were re-routed and experienced no disruption.
Starting at about 08:30 PST this morning, the issue was resolved at approximately 09:15 PST
More details will be posted as we review the logs and RFO from the affected carrier.
Thanks to all who called in with detailed reports - as the issue was only affecting a portion of inbound traffic, your reports were helpful in determining the nature of the problem and escallating the issue immediately.
