VoIP Sidecars

VoIP sidecars are extensions that you add to the side of your VoIP phone that give you more usability. Sidecars generally function as an attendant consol- but uses depend on how the extra programmable buttons are set up. They can be used to monitor other peoples extensions, as speed dial buttons, or even to call out from another extension. Sidecars are ideal for anyone who has high call volume, including receptionists, sales people or managers.

There are a variety of types of sidecars, some have a digital display, others rely on stickers, there are a variety of numbers of programmable buttons on a given sidecar, and only certain sidecars are compatible with certain phones.
