How to add an MS Exchange account (ActiveSync) on BlackBerry 10
This walkthrough will show you how to create a Microsoft Exchange account on BlackBerry 10.
1. Go to "Accounts" under "Setup."
2. In the Add Account menu select "Email, Calender and Contacts."
3. Next, go to "Accounts."
4. If this is a first time setup you will be prompted to enter your existing email address. Otherwise you may have the option to select "Add New Account," then select "Next."
5. You will now be able to select which account type you would like to add. Select "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync."
6. Here is where you can fill out the information about your account.
7. After you have setup your account you will be asked what you would like to sync to your phone, you may have different preferences depending on what type of work you do from your phone.
After selecting "Done" your setup is complete. You should begin receiving emails and alerts very shortly.
