We are aware of a power event at 938 Howe St in Vancouver. We believe the issue was caused by a garbage truck backing into a power pole in the adjacent parking lot.

Our understanding is that building support techs did attempt to visit the site to restore Internet last evening but were unable to enter as they were blocked by the Vancouver Police - possibly there was a safety or security concern or possibly the electronic locks were not operational.

Internet service is still not operational to some clients within this building, but we understand techs are working toward resolution.
