2014.06.24 13:25 PDT - Issue confirmed. Toll Free Service Down.

A "Core Fiber Trouble" has been confirmed by the carrier. This issue affects multiple cities. Please note that due to the nature of 800 service, the redundancy in our systems does not and can not mitigate a carrier failure such as this. It is a major issue and is being given top priority and should be resolved soon we hope although we have no ETR at this time.

2014.06.24 12:35 PDT - Initial Report - Toll Free Service Outtage

Many clients are experiencing partial to complete loss of service on inbound 8XX (affects all 844 / 855 / 866 / 877 / 888 / 800 numbers). At this time the effects seem limited to a single 800 carrier. We are investigating and will post more information as it becomes available.
