Connectivity issues resolved for ADSL users

Recently some users have been experiencing connectivity speed issues when connecting to our services from ADSL. These issues occasionally represented themselves in longer than normal mail download times (sending worked fine) as well as slow diplay or printing with using HTS.

Diagnosis was difficult, but in the final analysis it appears a "peering" connection in use in downtown Vancouver was to blame. The effected link was repaired this week. Thanks to all those users who contributed information helping us prove and resolve the problem. As with any issue involving the Internet, many vendors can be involved and your feedback was invaluable in helping document the problem
