2011.10.14 Recent BlackBerry Service Issues
RIM had issued a notice about the recent service disruptions. We will post updates as received. Lest we forget, other phone services experience disruptions so often that they are just considered "normal". These issues have been significant for many reasons, but one of them is due to their rarity and the reliance we have come to place on these devices and the communication they provide. Other phones still do not provide the level of security and in some cases may not comply with Canadian privacy laws when dealing with personal information pertaining to your own clients.
Time will tell if RIM is able to address these issues to a level that meets with their users' approval.
