Change your Email password in OWA

If you ever need to change your Exchange email password you can do so through the Outlook Web App. This guide will show you how to do this.

1. First, navigate, in your web browser, to https://owa.planbcorp.net/owa

2. You will be greeted with a login form with Microsoft Outlook Web App titled at the top. Enter you email account credentials in the form of DOMAIN\COMPANY-NAME where DOMAIN is HS, COMPANY is your abbreviated company name, and NAME is the first part of your email address. In the example shown below the associated email would be nortest@bitblock.net.

3. Once you log into OWA look at the top right corner of the screen. You will see the name of the account and below it you will find "Options".

4. Open Options and select "Change Your Password..."

5. The "Change Password" form will appear.

6. Here you can enter your current password then the password you wish to change to. Click "Save" to affect the password change. Please keep in mind that there are certain complexity requirements you will need to adhere to when changing your password, you can view these requirements here[insert link].

7. Once you save the password change your screen will now display a confirmation.

Please note that along with the regular password complexity requirements there is a 24 hour period after a password has been changed when it cannot be changed again. If you require that the password be changed during this period you can call the BitBlock support line and we can reset the password for you.
