Outlook Tips: Export information from Outlook

1. To backup your Outlook data or to Export your Outlook information open Outlook, select File in the upper left hand corner and then Import and Export.

2. Highlight Export to a fie and Click Next.

3. Select Personal Folder File (.pst) and Click Next.

4. Select your Mailbox.

Select Include subfolders.

Click Next.

5. Save your Exported file. Try to select a location to save the software that is easy to find and remember. We suggest using saving to Desktop or My Documents. Also note the file name.

Click Finish.

6. In the Microsoft Personal Folders window, Click OK with the settings as is.

Your Outlook Export is now saved in the location you selected.
