Outlook Junk Mail Filter settings - How To add an email address to the 'White List'?
This document is assuming that you are using the MS Outlook '03 that comes with your Hosted Terminal Services Package, if you are running any other version of outlook on your local machine the settings will be very similar if not identical. This information applies to emails arriving in the junk mail folder that shouldn't be, meaning the sender is known to you but for some reason they are not in your contacts or Global address list containing all your internal company email addresses.
