Frequently Asked Question

What is a VoIP Seat?

A "Seat" is the unit which we sell services by. It's a bit more complicated than a line (which handles only one call at a time) or an extension (several of which may be required to implement special dial plans, or allow multiple outbound call display options). The simplest way to describe it is to think of the number of phones. Calls, callers, and conferences are limited only by your available bandwidth, not by an arbitrary "line count."
